Very nice person,really understanding,did a good job.very caring,thank you denise
Lynne Bradley completed my annual review today. I requested the home visit at the suggestion of NAMS as I had been experiencing some problems with my stoma with soreness.
I found the suggestions Lynne made and the advice she offered was really helpful. As well as suggesting how I might resolve the issues she was also very encouraging and gave me confidence. I felt much more confident and better informed after her visit.
Lynne has a pleasant, confident and has an understanding and approachable manner.
Listened and very honest with any questions I had.
i will go again was looked after well, now my stoma feels fine,
Excellent care put me at ease straight away.
